<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>ABOUT THE PROGRAM:</strong></span><strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong><strong>ADULT OUTPATIENT PROGRAM</strong></p>
<p>The Adult Outpatient Services program (AOP) assists adult clients who are recovering from traumatic incidents, substance use, or are looking to manage a chronic mental health disorder through psychiatric &amp; substance abuse diagnostic evaluation and treatment. AOP has a tier-based productivity incentive program, with the vast majority of staff consistently exceeding productivity expectations and obtaining a bonus. Typical days varies as there is the possibility to work with clients individually, in a group setting, or IOP. There is regular weekly supervision provided to all non-licensed staff and biweekly supervision for licensed staff. Nonetheless, supervisors are always available whenever you are working to answer questions and offer clinical assistance when needed.</p>

<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:<br /></strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li>Provide evidence-based group, individual, family, and intensive outpatient therapy.</li>
<li>Perform clinical and risk assessments and make referrals for appropriate services and levels of care.</li>
<li>Documents client services and relevant activity in electronic health record and performs assigned administrative tasks.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Participate in assigned meetings including individual supervision, staff and team meetings, and required trainings.</li>
<li>Collaborates with client&rsquo;s healthcare providers, social service agencies, and natural supports.</li>
<li>Maintains documentation in compliance with agency and program standards.</li>
<li>Participates in staff meetings, supervision, trainings and other meetings as assigned.</li>
<li>Additional duties as required.</li>
</ul>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></span></p>
<p><strong>Education:</strong> License required with Masters or Doctorate Degree in behavioral health field.</p>
<p><strong>Experience:</strong> Comprehensive knowledge and experience providing assessment and treatment to persons with mental illness and/or substance use disorders. Relevant experience with evidence-based practice is preferred.<br /><strong>Licensure/Certification/Registratio</strong>n: LCSW or other license to practice psychotherapy in State of CT required. All MSW staff must possess an LMSW or LCSW.<br /><strong>Training</strong>: Demonstrated education, supervised training, and practical experience providing the full spectrum of behavioral health treatment, including clinical</p>
